March 31, 2014 - Letter to Dad - Week 30

Hola!!!

Hows it going??  We had the whole time change this weekend and I never really thought about it. but man when you are working all day and lose an hour of sleep that messed up my whole mental clock!  Email is like my favorite but I'm all sleep right now... anyways, that's a bummer that it has been a hard work week, it has been here too but I hope we start to pick up like you are going to!
Transfes were this past weekend and I´m staying the same except for like the tiniest detail.  Before they had me down as junior companion but now they made me senior companion, which I´m not really sure what that means but I guess I can´t say im young in the mission anymore.  And one of my good buddies left the island :(  Elder Saquicela from Ecuador, he is like the trainer of my trainer, and he always calls me his Nieto(grandson) He goes home in like a month or so, so we played a huge game of soccer with all the missionaries and investigators and members and it was great!  Although with all my time here I'm still not great at soccer haha.
That´s sad about the missionary in our ward.  Is his family members or no?  My comp doesnt get too much mail either but because its super expensive from his part of Mexico, but he gets all his emails every week like me!
Hmm what else to share..  Im super excited for general conference this weekend!  I think I will have to listen in spanish, but I guess I´ll just try and make the most and understand as much as I can!!  But we´ll see!!
Have a great week!  And yes I am so glad not to be in Madrid!  Th weather there is craziness, it is so cold, or when its not cold its way to hot, or raining or snowing and it makes no sense!  Well  I think that's all for this week.  Keep going hard on the workouts!  I got a benchpress from the other elders piso so we have that in the middle of our living room now!  Lovely!  haha Love you!!

March 31, 2014 - Letter to Mom

Hey Mama!!!!

Wellllll the rama shrunk again :/  Its a pretty back and forth thing.  And no investigators came to church.  Whooo as I write this I start to realize it was a harder week than I thought!!  ahha But on the bright side an inactive lady that hadn't been to church in something like 8 years came yesterday!  That was the little bright spot of my week.  And all the members were super loving and kind and this lady came up to us like three seperate times during the church blocks to say thank you... Pretty cool!

THE SWEET TARTS CAME!!!!  I´ll take a pic soon but they came on Wednesday during zone meeting and every missionary in the island was like uhhh what's that and I already knew so I didnt open it until I was in the car so people wouldnt steal them all haha.  We had american food this week too!!!!  The Buhlers are so awesome and they feed us so well!  We went to a place called VIPS, which is pretty much a spanish super expensive TGI Fridays and it was amazing!!  Hamburgers, french fries, and milkshakes :)

Oh and I can say I had a 60 year old companion for like a half our!! haha it was kind of awkward actually.  We had to split a pair so we could all fit in the cars and of course they split the poor Telderes who nobody else ever sees haha So I was in a car with Elder Buhler and a ton of hemanas, and I felt sooo weird for like the half hour cuz my comp got lost and I was just sitting at the restaurant haha and ya... You never know how weird it is to be alone until you have lived with some other guy your age for like 6 months and then you are alone for like a bit haha I'm weird.  That pobably made no sense!

Hmm What else happened this week!  I went downto Vecindario to be with the district leader and it was fun!  We made chile rellenos and talked to a TON of people and got awesome work done, and then I taught ANOTHER english calss there haha I might as well have am elementary teaching degree for how much english I teach nowadays haha But it's growing on me little by little.  Know any language learning games that would help grown adults learn basic englsih??  That would be awesome!!

I made beans again this week and they were evern better!  With potatos this time too!! And I made spanish rice, but they don't sell chicken broth here so it was kind of flavorless!  But was nice and red!!! Oh the random skills I'm learning as a missionary!

Hmm another thing that idk why I forgot to mention a while back that you guys might find cool!!!  I taught a leeson in a high school the other week!  How weird is that!!  Like I thought it was illegal or something!  But this young woman in our rama like is a super good member missionary and her teacher asked her to give an HOUR presentation on the church and her beliefs in their class!  That's crazy to ask of a 16 year old but anyways... She was smart and decided to invite the missionaries along too!  We were origionally just gonna answer questiosn but then I think everyone just wanted to talk to us because we are two foreigners with different accents haha and we ended up just teaching for like 45 minutes!  It went way good!  And now all the high school kids in the city know us and say hi to us on the street even if they dont want to learn from us at all haha But man it was wa awkward leaving the high school building, we just had like a herd of short people surrounding us wanting to know who we were and why we were all dressed nice and random things like that haha So ya we had a lesson with 30 high school kids!  Everyone else in our island thinks it's super cool! haha

That´s cool that they changed it to a womens conference  I heard it's all girls from 8 and up?  Thas a lot!  Sorry I don't have many cool stories this week.  They had transfers this weekend and I'm staying.  They changed my title to a senior companion as well which I don think means much except that after Elder Lopez leaves I might have someone younger than me as a companion!  Craziness!  Well I hope you guys are having a great week!  Enjoy conference!!  I think I might have to go up north to las palmas to watch it, and it will surely be in only spanish haha lucky me we´ll see how much I can understand!  Btw when is Easter I have no idea!  Next week?  That is pobably something good to know!  Love you mom!!!  Hope you have a great week with the banquet and everything!!!

Nathan

P.S.  Oh ya a spiritual thought!!! I found one I LOVED in Alma the other day!  Idk why I've never heard anyone use it before.  Ok turn to Alma 5!!!  This is a crazy chapter with all sorts of good stuff and good questions to ask yourself.  It talks first to people that aren't a part of the church and how they should change their ways!  Then Alma tuns to those that are already members and asks a good question we should all ask ourselves from time to time.  Read vers 26!! ......  I only have it in spanish, but it pretty much sas that we have already been converted(or if not see the 25 verses before) and now that we have felt a change of heart and supported the church and loved our savior, we have to ask oursleves if we can still feel those same strong feelings we felt when we first were converted to the church.  Its a good question to kind of assess where one is in there endure to the end process, since we´ve all already been baptized.  The next 5 verses or more I don't remember talks about things we do that make our feelings of conversion more faint, such as pride, being mean to people, teasiong people and taking advantage etc... And these are the little things one must fix to be able to always have their testimony as strong and perfect as when they first recieved it!!!  Kind of a thought more directed at people who are already members and I have never used it so I don't really have anything fine tuned or well explained, but I hope you like the scriptures!!  Love you mom!!!

March 24, 2014 - Letter to Dad - Week 29

Hey Dad!!!

I didn´t get an email from you this week!!!  What happened?  It´s ok I´m sure you were tired or busy with something, but it's been a pretty good week here in Telde.  I had an exchange with another missionary this past weekend and was able to go down and work in Vecindario!!  It's toward the south of the island and its soooo windy!!  Like you can't talk to people in the streets because of the crazy amout of wind!!  But I was with another guy that is pretty new from utah, and we had a great time!  Taught some good lessons and found some people!  I had one of those crazy experiences that you always hear misisonaries talking about, where like you just start talking in spanish and even though you don't know exactly what you are saying it's what the investigator needed to hear.  They have someone with a lot of worries and confusion about the gospel, and we were teach him late like at 8:15 ish, and after a bit into the lesson he wasn't really paying attentions so we asked if he had a question and he went off on like asking why we are here as missionaries and why he should believe anyting we say and stuff.  And then we just ditched the lesson and started talking to him.  Like why we are here as missionaries, how this is something that has blessed us and our families so we want to share with others, and I really don't remember what else I said, but next thing I knew it was like 9:30 and we were all happy ending the lesson and he wanted to meet more with the other missionaries later that week!  It was really cool!!
Well how have things been back in Poway?? Is the biking going good??  Do you ride a lot with Uncle Wade and Bryce??  I wrote quite a few letters to like you guys and some aunts and uncles and people so maybe I need some addresses later next week!  Not sure yet... Well hope to hear from you next week!!  Love you!!!

Nathan

March 24, 2014 - Letter to Mom

Hey Momma!!!

How´s it going!!  Sounds like you had an amazing time at youth conference and with everything!!  Oh and btw that sweet tart is HUGEEE!!!  IS it just one or like a roll of them?? What a bummer that customs took them from me :(  Or maybe like the office stole them haha Who knows!!!  We have had a really good week this week!!  I´m not usually a huge fan of numbers and comparing, because some of my best weeks I didn´t have a ton of lessons or something, but this week was a good numbers week and a good week in general!!  Last week was kind of rough, but we bounced back and had the best lessons, and like everything else that we have had since getting to the island!!  Oh and our little rama is growing!!  You know how it is usually like 20 something or 30 pico people?? Oops pico means like something, but like little so like 30 something small I guess...  Well we had 37 pepole attend sacrament meeting!!!  And then we had a little mini miracle after church ended!!  We were going to leave to eat with a cool family in the branch, when the elders quorum president pulled us over and said hey talk to this lady!!  She just kind of stumbled into the chpale and had never seen anything like it... She said how she prays for the Pope and the missionaries every day, but now she finally found some missionaries hahhaah And she wants to come back to our church during the meetings next week!  Super random but super awesome!!!

Btw sightly related but slightly not related I heard something like that too about the happiness being like 2000 chocolate bars!!  And we were talking with someone the other day and we randomly came up with how life is like a mirror, and when you are smiling and being happy, good things just tend to come your way mnore and more happiness comes!!  It´s like in the parable of the talents that say to those who have, more will be added!!  Anyways random haha Oh I forgot to tell Justin but I´ll tell you since I'm sure you all share emails!!  We found a new investigator this week!!  Is that show duck dynasty still popular in the US???  Well imagine Si from duck dynasty wit his beard and everyting... I found him... Spanish version!!! hahaha :)  It wasn´t quite as funny sharing that with my companion because he's never seen it, but i hope you will get a laugh out of it!!  I´ll try and send a pic whenever we are buddies enough with him to take a pic!!

Oh and the other topic of my week that I had to tell you!!!  Are you ready to be proud of me on like a million different levels!!  Well first of all you know how much I love cooking... And I figured the mission is the perfect time to get better at cooking so I started practicing and experimenting my own recipes this week.  And Thursday I think I made one of te best things I've made in my life!!  Just will be so proud once again!!  I made a HUGE pot of beans!  Like a bean soup kind of!  SO simple buit so good!  Pinto beans soaking for 24 hours then I drained and put them with fresh water to boil and when it boiled i put in fresh spicy chorizo, onions, and quite a few differents spices and let it simmer for like 4 hours(we had weekly planning, so I was able to keep an eye on it every few hours!!)  And they turned out sooo DELICIOUS!!  And they lasted us until this morning"! Like 4 days I think!!  I´m going to keep experimenting so that I can make them perfect when we get back!!  I´ve also perfected your white rice!  My companion loves it and has no clue how it's so like soft and fluffy!  Well ya pretty much that was the non missionary work highlight of my week!!

Well you didnt have any other questions so I´m not sure what else you wanna know that's interesting.  I´ve been reading the spanish Book of Mormon for what seems like forever now and i finally just started Alma!!!  Slowly but surely!!  Oh and this week someone legit thought I was from Columbia for like a few days until our second visit when they asked where I´m from and said the US... I guess my accent is getting better!! haha  Well hope you have a great week!!!  If I missed anything do the question thing and I will love to answer them!!  Love You Mom!!!

Nathan :)

March 17, 2014 - Letter to Dad - Week 28

Hey Dad!!!

Telde is fun!!  It's Telde... but hey I think we are about to get this rama growing!!  We have a year goal to get the attendence up to 45 and we already have it up to like 37, so I wanna kill that goal and get it up to like over 50 or something!  But we´ll see how it goes...  We had some good people just like drop off the map, but you kind of get used to that sometimes in the mission... well at least in my mission.
You guys gotta see the beaches around here they are sweet!!  I dont know if I wanna go back though cuz like we wanted to swim so bad but we can't so we left sad kind of haha.
Sam comes back??  Wow its crazy how time flies for everyone else and then when you are actually serving it seems slow but then you look back and time has flown!!  Is it really week 28??  that's a lot!!  It's 4 weeks here now in Telde... but it feels like less!
Hhmm  ya exercise is going good!!!  We went and tried out this new gym this morning(we woke up at 5:30 so we had time for it!!) And now im pretty exhusted but like its all good!  We might just stick to running in the cold outside though cuz we are poor missionaries.
Hmm whats new...  I think in spanish sometimes!  I have to try but other times it just is the way it is.  Like I´ll wake up thinking, ughh tengo sueño, quiero dormir mas, blahh pero vamos a correr!  haha I dont know random stuff.
It was a pretty normal week sorry I don't have any cool stories.  We got fed quite a bit this week..  One time two lunches and it was painful!!  Then we had to go out and work in the heat... fun stuff!
Hope you guys are having a good time there! 90!  thats quite a bit!  I swear I'm permanently ruined with measuring temperature now.  I don't get celsius or Fahrenheit I just know generally that it's hot and cold and I can't convert them either way!  But its been nice and warm here!  Enjoy youth conference!  Where is it at this year??
Love you dad!  Enjoy biking and work and the family and everything!

Nate

March 17, 2014 - Letter to Mom

Hola!!!

Como estás??  Things are all good here in Telde!  Started the week off good at the gym, mall, and beach and now just a little time to send you all letters!!!  Hahah that makes it sound like I've had the funnest day but we really just took pictures, worked out and bought a couple things in the centro commercial...

So ya, it was a good week, we met some new cool people and started working with some less actives that are gonna be coming to church SOON!  Well they better at least!  Oh and we had a ward activity that was fun on Friday!  It was like a talent show haha lots of people singing dancing, playing music, the typical mormon things and even had someone like hypnotizing or something it was interesting and hilarious!  Then they made the missionaries get up and we just kind of made everyone laugh for like 10 minutes talking about how we have no talents and those we have we can't show because everything is against the rules for missionaries so we said that there was only one thing left we could do,,, so we shared the parable of the talents haha everyone was dying like laughing but at the same time it was a good spiritual thougt so idk how those two went well together but they did!!

Hmmm nope I had no clue it was Saint Patricks day... que guay!!  THe only difference I have seen in the world for this holiday is that my mission president made the mission letter with green font... WOAH haha but ya its ok because we have like a holiday in Spain like every other day so ha!!

So ya ready for the sad part of the letter... I didnt get a sweet tart in your package!!  The only answers are you accidentally didn't pack it or they took it out at customs! haha What a bummer!  I had quite a good time trying to explain sweet tarts just now to my companion in spanish!  I have no clue how to describe them in spanish except, little things that are kind of sour... hahah some days I feel good at spanish and others like a 2 year old... oh well just keep trying right?? haha hmmm kendal sent me a letter with like a ton of little paper hearts and some pictures and ya!!  I didn´t really send much other than a letter but its ok because I sent her stuff for her birthday!  It´s april 7th btw if you were wondering!!  I still kind of freak out every time i remember that we are turning 20 this year!  That's like, not a teen number... super raro.

But ya what else can I share from this week.  Some days we hardly walk (I love those days, not because we are lazy but because that means we taught) And other days we are like exhusted and walk miles and miles miles!  I could measure I dont think!  Oh man I'm all messed up on distance too!!  Miles and kilometres!  I cant quite convert them but I just know they are sort of similar and miles are more.  blah...

Hhmm I started reading the new testemant from the beginning!  Like 2 weeks ago but its going bye pretty fast!  I am already in 2nd Corinthians.  I like how I can focus better as a missionary.  I really don't think it's some special blessing it's just that without phones, tv, music, and friends, you tend to find your free time pretty boring unless you read about Jesus!!  So ya!  kind of gave up the Old Testament,  made it half way through the Old Testament and decided it was more fun staring at the wall than reading about the seremonial way to cleanse a leper or something like that.  Maybe I´ll read it one day!  I´m kind of running out of things I haven't read that are allowed.  Ya I´ll be back in the temple if I ever make it back to Madrid!  So maybe not for a while!  But I hope so!  I miss that place!

Well I think that is pretty much it!  I will have to check on the pants size and get back to you, but I will maybe  need a size down, we´ll see!  Hope you have a great week!!  Enjoy youth conference and time with the fam!  I´m excited to skype you guys soon!  I love you!!

March 10, 2014 - Letter to Dad - Week 27

Holllaaaa!!!

Hahha ya the soccer shoes aren't supposed to like look good they were just cheap and new and nice so I got them!  And ya I have been using them quite a bit so that's good!  I wanted a pair of green ones that were cooler but here in Europe they don't have shoes my size. Like the ones I have were the biggest they had (12) and I'm a 12.5 so it's not perfect but it works.
Things have been good here!  After like 3 months without people in church we have had two weeks straight with investigators attending.  This area is so interesting I have never seen anything like it.  Like ya it's normal to have some less actives and inactives but I can walk out in the street and run into like a handful. I feel like I might have to switch up the work here and start like reactivating half of Telde, because there are soo many people to visit here.
Lots of crazy stories to tell for another day.  I wonder if Tara knows about Gonzalo and a couple other people. But she never emails me so I don't know who was there when she was here.  We have two baptisms schedules for the end of march!  I'll keep you guys posted to see how things turn out!  I hope everything good!
Ya I feel pretty at home here.  I'm used to the accent, and not speaking English ever and all the little random Telde things.  We know like everyone in our neighborhood, because even if people don't have any interest they stillare super friendly and talk to you. SO that's cool.
The weather is SUPER nice this week!  We have sun today!  I'm excited!  Well have a great week!  Love you!

Nathan

March 10, 2014 - Letter to Mom

Hey Mom!!!

Ok so Sister Bird is a ward mission leader??  Ive never heard of that before!  How cool!! Where is the marine ward? that means the Baird's arent in our ward??  How sad.  Anyways.  It has been a good week!!  I´ll try and talk all about it but I'll answer your questions first before I forget!!

1.  Hmm Elder Lopez and I are good buddies :)  We have music, sports, food lots of stuff in common except from opposite sides of the border haha he is from Veracruz which I think is eastern Mexico but idk.  He´s funny and we are always joking around, and are good at making friends with cualquier persona which helps because usually before excepting the gospel people want to be friends and trust you(which is why members are so much better with sharing lol) hmm  Ya thats about it I think!  We like making tacos burritos and quesadillas obviously!!
2.  Hmm not too many missionaries here in Telde.  The only others I've seen here are the testigos.  But I try not to talk to them because everyone else usually just likes to argue and sometimes it's funny guess(haven't here in telde) but it doesn't go anywhere because the spirit can't be there.  But ya like a million in barrio2!  I think I already told you about when we had a lesson with 9 evangelist missionaries and pastors.  That was craziness since I still couldn't speak a complete sentence of spanish!
3.  Hmm favorite think in Telde...  The Church of San Juan is cool looking I guess, and Mas que todo I just like the view of the ocean from random parts of the city.  There is also this little neighborhood called Cendro where all the people are, interesting, but there houses are super cool looking!!  I think I sent a picture the other week!
4. Our elders quorum president now only has one son,and he passed away.  Can she tell me the name of the guy who it was??  Like apellido?  Last name haha Because I dont know any jared. I´m kind of bummed I havent gotten an email from sis harrison about telde!  I wanna hear her stories from here!!
5.  No she slept :(  But a different lady named Lydia came to church yesterday!!  And both of them this past week accepted baptisimal invitations for the end of March!!  So hopefully that works out!!  We can visit with Lali whenever because she always says oh my house is your house, so she is learning everything super fast!  That's fun!!
6.  Hmm am I capable of running everyday? Yes but do we?  Nope haha we also have p90x so we do that sometimes and other stuff too.  But we should run more haha We might go try out a gym today, but its kind of pricy(unless they take my byu id for a student price, which seems like cheating but idk we´ll see!!  Haha so glad I brought it!)

Hmm not too much to talk about this week either.  Oh we had a zone meeting which was great!  Our zone is the whole group of islands and they wouldnt fly us all together again so we had a big meeting using video calls!  That was interesting!  Oh and btw the Buhlers are the coolest ever!  After the meeting they were all like, ok all missionaries we are going to wok and we are paying. Wok is like a nice asian buffet and it is pretty expensive so ya! Hmmm I got your package!  THE VALENTINES ONE!!  Thanks for all the candy and the picture and everything!  I loved it!  I got all my valentines stuff on zone conference day haha.

Dad was saying something about how you could get me new pants maybe and hem them the same??  Well if it isn't too much trouble I would love some in charcoal and black... Not like a huge rush but one of these days!!  Oh and what is Tara's maiden name??  I wanna see if anyone here remembers her!  that would be cool!  hmm  Sorry I dont have too much more to share either!  But it sounds like you guys are having fun with your bikes and outdoor stuff!  I found a guy yesterday who just like inherited a mansion but it needs to be fixed up badly and we said we would be glad to help,so maybe I'll get to do some construccion this week!  that would be fun!  Well I hopeyou guys have a great week!  I think we are off to play a little soccer or something!  I Love You!!

Nathan

P.S. Oh one other cool thing!!  I finished Jesus The Christ!!  Like cover to cover!!  How cool is that!!  I love that book so much!  Cool stuff if you read it all!!  Ok that is all!  Good morning to you!!

March 3, 2014 - Letter to Mom

Hoooolllaaaa!!

Ok I'm super happy the letter made it one time!!  Cuz I sent it really late and I didn't think it would make it...  I think I sent it like last Tuesday or something.  No it was Monday P day now that I think back!!!   hmmm your questions ok...

1.  If I use a manual I will use the one that Elder Lopez has to learn english.  It is super basic and really small but it works.  Also I have a couple random vocab sheets by category that I have used.  I definitely do not want to teach in a school when I get back.  English is kind of lame when you think about it.  The vowels are so hard to describe.  And I say a word and peope are like uhhhh  why is it pronounced like that and I'm just like uhhh no idea hha  But its getting better!!!

2.  I really am not quite sure about the work.  I'm pretty sure white collar jobs, but I couldn't tell you for sure... Like I think 40 percent of Spain or something like that, they all belong to the biggest group in Spain, which is unemployment.  It's kind of sad, but that's just how it is here now.  The people overall in our ward aren't all that wealthy.

This Sunday was crazy in our ward!!  Sooo only 23 people showed up to church.  Including 2 missionaries and 1 investigator that I'll talk about later.  20 members including kids, try having a fast and testimony meeting like that!!  It was rough!!  I think every single adult and young men/women got up but like 1 or 2.  It was craziness.  It was our stakes turn to go to the temple, so like all our leadership and people went to Madrid this weekend.  That was fun!!  Elders quorum was like 4 people hahaha So different here!!  Oh and it was Carnaval(giant party) saturday night so more people were missing too hahaa-

3.  There are 3 areas of gran canaria.  Vecindario, and las palamas and us.  Las palamas is north and we can get there by bus in like 25 minutes more or less, and I have no clue how far for vecindarioo because I have never been!!  But I was just up in las palmas today to play soccer with all the elders on the island it was fun!!  I scored a few times and was able to use my new shoes :)  I was also up there on wednesday for mission tour.  Basically it's like a big leader or general authority comes to every zone in the mission and talks with the missionaries and stuff.  So we had Elder Texeira(Area President of Europe) and he came to visit us along with the Jacksons!!  It was super good and we like literally had a meeting sitting down from 9am until 2:30 ish!  Craziness I didn't know I could sit so long!!  But it was really good and he taught us a lot and he spoke mostly in english so I didn't have to try to understand :)  Then afterwards we had like a big feast with all the missionaries from all the islands!!  Some came by boat and others by plane and it was fun having everyone together!!  A buddy of mine has been here since the beginning of his mission and he is off in like timbuktoo inan island called lanzarote with no other missionaries.  They have to do their meetings by video call haha  Pretty rough!!!

4.  hmmm I have no clue!!  SPANISH!!!  Is that too obvious??  No but I love all the things I have learned about Christ and his life during my mission.  I haven't mentioned this at all but I started Jesus the Christ from the front cover a little while back and now I'm almost done with that crazy 800 something page book!  I love it!!  I read it every day like before I go to bed and during mediodia!!  There are so many little insights in there especially to culturaly stuff in the bible that we have no clue about.  Like when he says its harder for a rich man to enter heaven than a camel into a eye of a needle.  He didn't mean like the needle we sew with.  It's like a term from then for the gate to enter in the city like for a normal person, that would be extremely hard for a camel to enter, but to do it you would have to unload everything on the camel just like someone rich and prideful would have to unload all of their pride and problems to enter into the kigdom of heaven.  Lots of interesting stuff like that that are just all over!!  Super cool huh??  Well at least for me haha  I dont have other sources of worldy entertainment so I read A LOT!!

Oh I'm getting better at soccer too!!  I play a lot in the house and our downstairs neighbors might hate me but its not like we stay up very late haha

5.  Hardly any..  All the tourists are in las palmas and vecindario, so its super nice for us anyone we talk to on the street is like almost a guarantee that they are from here because it is super small!!  Hmmm  whats a good comparison.  Its like missionaries in del mar or downtown or something that would have lots of tourists, and to compare I'm in something like ramona or escondido...  Maybe a tourist or too but it would be slightly odd...  So ya!!!

6.  Nothing you know im not all that big on like things that I have that I'm super attached to that I could have here.  The closest thing I could think of is my rugby ball, but if Justin uses it don't worry about it!!  Other than that the only thing I miss from home is people!  You four and people from school and from church and obviously Kendal too a lot!!  Buttttt  cant really send people in packages haha  When is mothers day again??  I dont remember!!

Hmmmm  Well i think i ended up talking about practically everything in my answers.  Our awesome investigator of the week is Lali.  She is from here and is starting to come to church!!  The first investigator in church in telde in like 3 months I think!!  So that is awesome!  And we are able to visit her like anytime to teach.  She used to be a testigo but had bad experiences with other churches so now she has her BoM and is enjoying reading it!!!  :)

Sounds like you guys had a good week!!  yay for rain!  rain is a good thing!!  Oh no now I'm going to be singing country for like an hour blahh haha Ok so my adress... de hecho I'm gonna put it in a seperate email because Kendal wants it too.  Hope you have a great week!!!  I Love You!!!!
