You ready to be shocked to death mother?? Ya those nasty red vegetables that I hated for my whole life??  They are pretty good sometimes when I make them right :) haaha Tomate, Garlic, and a bit of Salt!!!  Just wait for the food I'm gonna try and cook tomorrow, try and guess what it is!!  If it turns out I´ll send piics and you´ll be surpised haha
